2008 November > Town's Youth Survivor Team Challenge

Youth ages 11 to 16 - in two separate age groups - competed against other teams for the Survivor Challenge Championship title at Greenwood Conservation Area in late September. There was a great turn out of kid's for this years event and , despite the rain, the participants were clearly enthusiastic and having a great time as they competed in team challenges and games modelled after the hit reality show Survivor. The event was sponsored by Durham Lives!, The Heart & Stroke Foundation, The Youth Centre and the Town of Ajax. SNAP dropped by, and despite some issues with a balky camera that clearly didn't like the moisture in the air, managed to grab some great pics!
