MC Kiruba confirms the next performance with Raveena

Thai Pongal (Thanks Giving) Celebration

Thai Pongal is a celebration by the Tamil Cultural and Academic Society of Durham for Thanksgiving. During the evening there were performances by the community youth. There were dances, speeches and singing all in celebration of the abundance of harvest. Joe Dickson presented a plaque to the society. The evening ended with a wonderful, bountiful feast.
