WeeHands at Once Upon a Child
Once Upon a Child teamed up with Robyn Sheppard of WeeHands to offer parents and their little ones the opportunity to learn some sign language at a recent workshop held at the store. The idea behind sign language for little ones, as we understand it, is that many little ones pick it up more quickly than speech and are able, with the help of simple signs, to communicate their wants, needs and interests at an earlier age increasing communication and reducing frustration for both parents and children.
